Capt. Donald G. Hoech, USN, Retired served as a U.S. Naval Aviator, who relocated his family to Albuquerque; a city in which he had served earlier in his career. Being a visionary, he believed Albuquerque was a market primed for growth due to its abundant land and quality of life. He has been instrumental and extremely successful in the assembling and development of North Albuquerque Acres. Mr. Hoech is a licensed New Mexico real estate broker, acting qualifying broker, president and owner of Hoech Real Estate Corporation. Don Hoech spends most of his time traveling the globe, but is still very active in the operations of his business.
Justin D. Hoech, Vice President
Justin D. Hoech, graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in History. He joined Hoech Real Estate Corporation in 1997 and has enjoyed an exhilarating career in both commercial and residential development, excelling in both. Justin Hoech is a licensed New Mexico real estate broker and vice-president and corporate secretary of Hoech Real Estate Corporation. He achieved the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) real estate designation in October, 2007, thus substantiating his accomplishments in both commercial and residential development. Justin is a minority partner in JDavies Builders, LLC.
David W. Johnson, C.P.A.
David W. Johnson, C. P. A., graduated from the University of New Mexico with a B.A. in Accounting. He worked as a public accountant for a big six firm for five years and has a total of eight years of public accounting experience. Prior to public accounting David owned and operated a successful small business in Albuquerque for nearly twenty years. As a certified public accountant, David is very knowledgeable in 1031 exchange transactions. In 2006, David began an affiliation with Hoech Real Estate Corporation developing commercial real estate. David Johnson is a licensed New Mexico real estate broker.
